Originating from an underground supper club
Rennovations to The Lawrence by the Smith Hanes Studio team included addig more soft seating, taking control of the lighitng, re-imaginging the bar, and adding in touches of aged leather. A new communal table allows guests to experience the food and atmosphere alongside one another. Years ago, The Lawrence was born out of a dinnertable disucssion at a Dinner Party Atlanta event -- an underground supper club led by Darren Carr. Eventually, the initial idea led to a restaurant and American Brasseries served as the main source of inspiration. Now, The Lawrence is a sophisticated dining space, full of warm colors, textures, and light.
