Designed for the team behind Michelin-starred Mujō, the 45-seat restaurant reinterprets the spirit of mid-century Japanese hospitality through a contemporary lens, balancing restraint, warmth, and quiet luxury.

The interiors draw guests into a richly atmospheric world defined by low lighting, tactile materials, and carefully composed moments of discovery. Anchored by a glowing central bar, the space unfolds through a series of intimate dining settings that encourage lingering conversation and shared experience. Rich wood tones, handcrafted details, and layered textures create a sense of depth and permanence, while a restrained palette allows light, shadow, and materiality to take center stage.
